Powersupply
65 € (hall/open-air ground) incl. installation and fee. Please bring at least 50 meter extension cord with you.



Hall floor
We like to point out, that we have a new floor covering in the VETERAMA hall.
Hence it’s absolutely necessary that we avoid harms due to duct tape.
Required material to use as follows:
double-faced adhesive tape TM Scotch 9195 25m x 50 mm/reel
one-side coating duct tape PVC duct tape 3M M764 33 m x 55 mm/reel
blue, grey, black, red, green
make Nopi one-side coating, silver
This makes you shall easily get in home depot markets and specialist dealers
We kindly ask you to solely use these above mentioned materials and remove all tape remains after dismantling of your booth.



Directions
Driving on VETERAMA exhibition grounds is applied to the German traffic regulations.
No driving operations without license and approval.
Speed limit = walking speed (max 5 km/h)



Open-air grounds – Sellers
drive through Gate 4. Please orientate yourself with the overall plan, Gate 4 is drawed in.
On location please follow the VETERAMA / Freigelände / Anbieter direction signs!!!



Exhibition hall – Sellers
drive through Gate 2. Please orientate yourself with the overall plan, Gate 2 is drawed in.
When entering the hall, there’s a deposit of 100 Euros. The deposit will be refunded after your build-up time of max. 1 ½ hours, when you leave the exhibition hall.
Please refer to the organization bureau for a possible extension of deposit time.
The parking lot for sellers is opposite to Gate 2.
Closing time of the sellers parking lot is: Friday 22h Saturday 21h



Complete vehicle sale (Marketplace-sellers)
Drive through Gate 4a. Behind Field 10 take a right turn for the marketplace (Marktplatz)



Directions
From all directions drive towards interchange (Autobahnkreuz) Mannheim.
Then towards Mannheim-Mitte (A656) Please pay attention to the VETERAMA-ANBIETER signs and follow the specified directions of the arrows to Gate 4 ( Gate 2 for exhibition hall sellers).



Plan of site
You can find you stand on the plan of site. For better orientation the main streets on the VETERAMA ground are named.
A complete overview can be find on the overall plan. Here you can find all entrance gate.



Conditions
The exhibitor commit himself, to fill the exhibition booth on the above mentioned opening hours.
By dismantling ahead of schedule you loos your right of your “master place”.

Please build your booth that way, that we have a continuous range of goods along the ways and streets. Remaining transport vehicles need to be placed in the back of the booth area.

Unlawful parked vehicles on VETERAMA ground will be towed away.
Trailers can be put down on the trailer parking lot.



Green exhibition booth card (open air ground and hall)
Please attach the filled out card to your booth. The Trade Supervisory Office will check the attachment of the card. The failure to comply can effect a punishment. New goods can only be sold if these are replicas of historic examples. This applies to clothing.also.
The sale of food and beverages is not permitted.



Waste disposal
When entering the ground you’ll be handed a garbage bag or more by request. Due to waste separation, there are no rubbish containers. Place the garbage bag next to your booth.
The bags will periodically be removed throughout the event. Please don’t leave any hardware and any other scrap behind you. You must recon with the disposal fee afterwards.
Please avoid any oil wastage on the street and all grounds. If it still should happen, please contact the organization bureau immediately. Place cardboard or clingwrap underneath oily parts.



Gateway pass for cars
Please stick the gateway pass, clearly visible, onto the windscreen from the inside.
The booth, area and name are inscribed in the attachment. Without the visible sticker on your windscreen and the car ship, you’ll not be allowed to enter the fair ground.
Vehicles parked on the fair ground without gateway pass respectively with torn off name, will be towed away.



Seller tickets

Please have ready, a seller ticket and a VETERAMA chip for every person, when entering the gate.
Absent or additional SELLER TICKETS can be purchased for 20 € on location. Absent or additional VEHICLE TICKETS (sticker) can be purchased for 15 € on location.



VETERAMA Chips

You receive the VETERAM chips with your entrant documents. They will be collected when entering the gates.

When you leave the VETERAMA ground, you’ll get them back. Please make sure to take them with you, re-entry to the VETERAM ground.is only possible with your ticket and VETERAMA chip!



Complete vehicle sale (Marketplace-sellers)

The marketplace (MARKTPLATZ) is the stock-market for complete vehicles.of the VETERAMA with more then 500 classics, veterans and soon to be classic vehicles.
Please notice the information for market place seller.

Classic vehicles, veteran vehicles and soon to be classics can be sold on the VETERAMA market place. Camping trailers, motor camper and any kind of vehicles adapted to camping purpose are not allowed for sale and will be rejected on the gates.

Staying in your vehicle over night is forbidden, as the market place area will be guarded by dogs during the night!

The enclosed sale sign with the price indication must be attached to every vehicle clearly visible.
The gateway pass sticker has to be attached onto the windscreen from the inside.
Selling spare parts e.g. on the Marketplace is forbidden and leads to exclusion.
Replacing a vehicle announced for sale on the marketplace requires a written approval by us.
Vehicles brought on a trailer, can be put down on the trailer.
The towing vehicle can not be parked on the marketplace.



General information

Entrants arriving to early will be placed in a holding area due to traffic related reasons.
This can result in delays at the gates on Friday. Please choose your approach such, that you arrive in Mannheim past 12h (till 20h). A favourable time is between 14h and 18h!
All reserved spots must be occupied on Friday.

NEW! A service for customers. The VETERAMA service depot. You can place heavy parts there till you pick them up. You can find the service-depot-tent at the end of the Gottlieb-Daimler-Street (see VETERAMA location map).



Children day care

Your children are in best hands with the labour welfare (AWO) in front of Field 1.



Oral agreements

All agreements, single approvals and separate treatments are only valid with written approval by the organizer.



Returning exhibition booth

Returning of the leased exhibition booth is only possible, if the documents are sent back at least 14 days before the event is taking place.



Organisation

Our VETERAMA team wears red overalls with the VETERAMA print. Please attend their orders.

If you have questions or suggestions, please answer the organisation team in the foyer.

Attention Reorganisation

Due to fire protection requirements every booth owner with more then 4 units (8 m), needs to retain a working fire extinguisher ready to hand within the booth.
Open fire is strictly prohibited! In case of failure to comply the organiser as well as the fire department are allowed to close the booth.
We request your understanding.



Notice Power Supply

Up to now, we raised a lump sum of 25 € for the power supply! After a revision we determined an actual cost of 65€ per power connection.
We request your understanding, that we have to forward this prime costs from 2005 on.

We will charge 65 € per power supply. Please keep this amount ready when you register your power supply in the VETERAMA Organisation bureau.
